A DAY IN THE LIFE OF LARRY AND ROGER A Pair of Diabetic Feet

Hello everyone, Larry here. Happy Easter! Roger and I hope you have an amazing month of April. We are all dealing with our new normal in the best and safest manner possible. We took it very seriously when we were told that we really needed to do our part to help world health. We know that each and every one of you did also. How our lives have changed in the last month… Has it only been a month? Yes! A month. Roger has spent a lot of extra time doing online research… We have the time, why not use it; right? After much research, and discussion, we decided to step away from a diabetic focus for this one month. We have decided to focus on children and families. With springtime coming, we decided to look for something that would help all of those families that are spending 24 hours a day together, 7 days a week. And as this is only an ONLINE ISSUE, we thought we would look for something great that we could direct link you to. VIOLA!! In our search, we found a great website that links to many great activities for you. It is called: YOUR GUIDE TO ADVENTURE - ANYWHERE. They give you 15 Spring Activities to do with your kids (Indoor and Outdoor) and if you go into the website, they have links to direct you to Ideas for each activity. Does it get better than that? Here is a list of the activities, as per Roger: 1) Go on a Picnic 2) Bounce a Bubble 3) Do an Art Project 4) Make a Cardboard Crown 5) Turn Flowers Different Colours 6) Fly a Kite 7) Make Mud Pies 8) Make a Bird Feeder 9) Use Sidewalk Chalk 10) Do Cross Stitch 11) Create an Egg Carton Craft 12) Make a Teepee 13) Use Nature to Make Art 14) Hunt for Animal Tracks and Create a Plaster Cast 15) Plant Something Even Roger and I are excited to do a few of these activities… First on my list is MAKE A TEEPEE. First on Rogers list is Hunt for Animal Tracks. We are super excited. We hope you enjoy this website as much as we have. www.mykidsadventures.com Talk to you all next month, and until then… Make your Footprints Count. Larry and Roger
